Deloitte: Industry Sees Bright Future for Gas

Despite the tumultuous operating environment they have faced over the past year and a half, oil and gas professionals have an "underlying optimism" about the future of the industry, says Gary Adams who leads Deloitte's oil and gas practice. Speaking to reporters at the Deloitte Oil and Gas Conference in Houston Wednesday, Adams said the industry holds a "particular enthusiasm" for natural gas, with 84% of oil and gas professionals saying that the best days have yet to come for gas.
