Russian state pipeline monopoly Transneft is still looking for a partner to transport oil from the endpoint of its massive East Siberia - Pacific Ocean (Espo) pipeline to the Pacific export terminal, but negotiations with possible candidates have stalled over price issues. Transneft head Nikolai Tokarev said the joint venture with one of Russia's transport companies would be set up by mid-July, but no progress has been made, a spokesman told International Oil Daily.
