Mexico's national oil company Pemex is working to drum up private sector interest for its new, incentive-laden upstream service contracts. However, industry players have doubts about how attractive they will be, even under new oil legislation. Pemex has been making presentations to companies and at industry events and a model contract is expected to be released in late June.
