摘要

Poland's majority state-owned electricity company Enea could see a further 15% of its shares floated on the Warsaw stock exchange by the end of February, Treasury Minister Aleksander Grad said Thursday. The move is designed to increase Enea's attractiveness to foreign investors, after Germany's RWE pulled out of exclusive talks on taking a controlling stake in October amid arguments over price. Warsaw hopes that having a transparent share price will entice RWE and other foreign investors to take another look.
