Opec kingpin Saudi Arabia has deepened supply cuts of August-loading cargoes to some Asian buyers, but Qatar has resumed full contracted allocations. While Saudi cuts to Japanese refiners are understood to be smaller than, or the same as, in July, a South Korean refiner tells International Oil Daily it has been notified of a 15%-20% reduction for August, versus one of 15% for July.
