China's refineries processed 33.36 million tons of crude in November, the highest monthly volume so far in 2009. This is roughly 8.15 million b/d, up a whopping 22% year-on-year. Data released by the National Bureau of Statistics Friday also showed a year-on-year increase in all oil product output except for fuel oil, which fell 4.6% to 1.58 million tons (349,900 b/d).
