Fire Hits Pertamina Refinery

A fire on Saturday shut a hydrocracking unit at Indonesian state Pertamina's 260,000 b/d Balikpapan refinery in east Kalimantan. The 25,000 b/d hydrocracker produces diesel and kerosene, and Pertamina could not say Monday when it would return to service. The company said it would not need to increase product imports as a result of the fire, and that other units continue to operate normally. Pertamina reported no casualties and said it is investigating the cause of the blaze
