Pursuing its strategy of expanding out- side Russia, Gazprom Neft Friday signed a production sharing agreement with Equatorial Guinea’s energy ministry and state GEPetrol for joint development of two offshore blocks. It will be the first offshore project by Gazprom’s oil arm.
