Slovenia to Host EU Regulators

The Slovenian capital Ljubljana is to be the permanent seat of the new Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER), which will coordinate the work of the European Union's national energy regulators. ACER is due to be fully operational by March 2011, with its first director named in the first half of 2010.
