Lukoil Shuts Odessa Refinery

Lukoil, Russia's biggest private oil producer, said it closed its 56,000 b/d Odessa refinery in Ukraine on Jan. 28 for around 45 days of scheduled maintenance works and an upgrade. The shutdown will not affect the Ukrainian market during the work, Lukoil said. The company will supply its retail network in Ukraine with oil products that have been stored at the Odessa refinery's tanks.
