Pemex Reports Another Loss

Pemex, Mexico's state oil company, has lowered its expected oil production for 2009 as output from the giant Cantarell field continues to drop. However, the company expresses optimism that, in the medium term, it can reverse its decline with an aggressive program of exploration and drilling in other fields that have been underexplored.
