Chinese state Sinopec is reportedly the latest firm to have entered the running to buy a stake in Spain's Repsol YPF from construction firm Sacyr Vallehermoso.A report this week in Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias said Sacyr was in talks with Sinopec to sell off its 20% stake in Repsol and that the Spanish company also confirmed it had been in contact with Asian and Mideast sovereign wealth funds and a Chinese oil firm.
