State Petrovietnam plans to sell a maximum 49% stake in its Dung Quat refinery to strategic partners in 2010, the Ministry of Planning and Investment said Wednesday (IOD Nov.14,p4). Dow Jones quoted the ministry as saying it will give priority to buyers from Russia and the Middle East, as they have refining experience and could guarantee long-term crude supplies.
