UK-listed Petrofac has won a three-year contract from US-based Apache to carry out onshore engineering and offshore construction services to support the five fixed platforms in the UK North Sea Forties field. The contract, worth about ￡25 million ($40 million) a year, includes two optional one-year extensions.
