Russian independent Sibir Energy revealed Wednesday that the company has reached an agreement with key Russian shareholder Shalva Chigirinsky under which Chigirinsky will sell several major real estate holdings in order to pay back some $115 million forwarded to him by Sibir for the assets last year.
