Stroitransgas Names New CEO

Only eleven months after being appointed chief executive of Stroitransgas, Alexander Ryazanov left Russia's biggest oil and gas construction firm following a decision from the company's board to replace him. Stroitransgas reported Thursday that the board decided to appoint Alexander Kapnik, the company's vice president, as the new chairman starting Feb. 26.
