摘要

Libya appears to be upping the ante in its get-tough game with foreign investors, this time cutting production from acreage operated by Germany's Wintershall by some 15,000 barrels per day, International Oil Daily has been told. The move came last week as the two sides remain deadlocked over Tripoli's demand that Wintershall change its production sharing contract for the C-96 and C- 97 concessions - home to the As Sarah, Jakhira and Nakhla fields, among others - to tougher Epsa-4 terms. The fields had been producing around 92,000 b/d before the cut.
