Zarubezhneft to Invest in Cuba

Russian state-run Zarubezhneft has outlined 2010 investment plans under its production sharing contracts with Cuban state oil company Cupet. The move is part of Zarubezhneft's plans to expand in Latin America. The company plans to spend $6.5 million next year to explore and develop four blocks in Cuba, deputy head Yuri Smirnov was quoted as saying.
