Japan, Russia to Study GTL

Japanese state firm Jogmec (Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corp.) has reportedly signed an agreement with Russia's Irkutsk Oil to study the potential of gas-to-liquids (GTL) technology in Eastern Siberia.
