Canada's Husky Energy has awarded a front-end engineering and design (Feed) contract to Worley Parsons for its Liwan 3-1 gas project in the South China Sea off China. The engineering firm said work will start immediately and be completed next year. The scope of work includes Feed, and estimating and planning for project execution. Other firms that bid include Technip and Aker Solutions
