Norwegian upstream independent Det Norske Oljeselskap is to farm out a 40% stake in license PL356 on the Norwegian Continental Shelf to Spain’s Repsol YPF, pending government approval. Det Norske will retain a 60% interest in the license, where the plan is to start drilling the Ulve- tanna prospect next year.
