Russian state products pipeline operator Transnefteproduct is still awaiting a final government decision on its planned Yug (South) pipeline, designed to allow more diesel fuel to be shipped to the Black Sea port of Novorossiysk. Parent Transneft has approved the line, but Transnefteproduct says the government should give the final go-ahead. “We expect project work to be launched this year,” Vladimir Nazarov, first vice president of Transnefteproduct, told In- ternational Oil Daily on the sidelines of a Moscow energy conference.
