China has overtaken the US as the most attractive place to invest in renewable energy, according to a new report from Ernst & Young. The group’s Renewable Energy Country Attractiveness Indices score countries on their renewable energy markets, infra-structure and suitability for individual technologies. There are separate indices for different types of renewable energy, and an overall index giving an average score for each country.
