Woodside Petroleum's plans to develop its Sunrise gas field in the Timor Sea remain in limbo as the East Timor government has again vowed to block both of the Australian company's two preferred design options: sending the gas to Darwin in northern Australia for onshore processing or building a floating LNG (FLNG) project.
