Japanese product stocks dipped 0.6% to about 82.7 million bbl in the week ended Nov. 21, according to data released Thursday by the Petroleum Association of Japan. Gasoline stocks saw the biggest fall, dropping 3.5% to 13.51 million bbl, followed by a 2.4% decline in fuel oil stocks to 21.56 million bbl. Only stocks of naphtha and gas oil rose, up 2.3% and 3.3%, respectively.
