Services company Kentz said Thursday that its Australian joint venture has been awarded a A$500 million (US$396 million) contract to build a village to house construc- tion workers for the Gorgon LNG project. Kentz said its joint venture with Decmil and Thiess has been hired to design and build the village on the remote Barrow Island, off the northwest coast.
