Aramco Moves Jizan Refinery

State Saudi Aramco is changing the location of the Jizan refinery and its associated port facilities, said Jizan Economic City (JEC) master developer MMC. “The construction harbour tender has been aborted in view of the impending change to the Jizan Oil Refinery’s location as requested by Saudi Aramco,” Malaysia’s MMC said in a statement Wednesday, adding that the port location will be “changed accordingly.”
