Russia's fifth-largest producer, Gazprom Neft, is mulling a secondary public offering (SPO) next year which analysts say should help the company to accumulate additional financing to support its ambitious expansion strategy. Gazprom's oil arm is eyeing the possibility of placing its shares on domestic and international stock markets, banking sources were quoted by Reuters as saying. Gazprom Neft declined to comment.
