CNPC Inks Costa Rica Deal

China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC) has signed an agreement with state Refinadora Costarricense de Petroleo (Recope) for joint investment in a refinery in Costa Rica. The deal follows on from a pact signed in November, and provides further details of labor, resources, loans and other issues related to the joint venture.
