Egyptian Oil Minister Sameh Fahmy said Monday that the country is still weighing bids for its latest licensing round offering 11 blocks in the Gulf of Suez and southeastern desert. The bid deadline for the blocks, offered by state Egyptian General Petroleum Corp. and Ganoub El Wadi Petroleum Holding Co. (Ganope), was Nov. 1.
