Oil and gas operations have reportedly not been affected by a powerful earthquake in West Java, Indonesia, on Wednesday. State Pertamina said Thursday that its 125,000 b/d Balongan refinery in West Java and 348,000 b/d Cilacap refinery in Central Java were unaffected. State utility Perusahaan Listrik Negara said the quake briefly disrupted operations at its Salak geothermal plant in West Java.
