The European Union's plans to fight cheap biodiesel imports may come too late for many smaller European producers.Brussels is likely to propose counter-measures against US biodiesel imports to member states at a meeting on Mar. 3, according to newswire reports. Anti-dumping duties would range from euro 2 ($2.57) to euro 19 per 100 kilograms, and anti-subsidy duties from euro 23 to euro 26/100 kg.
