(CNOOC) has started drilling in Myanmar's Block M, despite an uproar over its alleged human rights violations in the pariah state.Rig operator China Oilfield Services (COSL) - which is 55% owned by CNOOC - told International Oil Daily Wednesday that the Chinese state giant spudded the Shwe Tha Htay-1 well last week.
