GE Buys US LNG Terminal Stake

GE Energy Financial Services has bought Crest Group's 30% stake in the US Gulf LNG terminal in Mississippi for $150 million. The $1.1 billion dollar terminal, operated by a subsidiary of El Paso Corp., is currently under construction and is expected to come online in the third quarter of 2011, said Dan Castagnola, a managing director of GE Energy Financial Services.
