Gas Natural to Use Montoir

Leading Spanish utility Gas Natural, now incorporating Union Fenosa, said it has agreed to book 1 Bcm/yr of import capacity at Elengy’s 10 Bcm/yr Montoir LNG terminal on France’s Atlantic coast from 2011-21. Elengy, owned 100% by GDF Suez, provides import capacity at Montoir not only to its parent company, but also to EDF, Total, Mit- sui and now Gas Natural; Montoir can take ships of up to Q-Flex size (216,000 cubic meters of LNG).
