摘要

The complexes [MDC] [Ni(dmit)(2)] (1) (MDC = dimethylamino-dithioImethyl carbonium), [MDA] [Ni(dmit)(2)] (2) (MDA = 2-dimethylamino-1,3-dithiolanylium), [PDA] [Ni(dmit)(2)] (3) (PDA = 2-cyclopentaamino-1,3-dithiolanylium) and [EDA] [Ni(dmit)(2)] (4) (EDA = 2-diethylamino-1,3-dithiolanylium) have been prepared. All these complexes behave as semiconductors. However, the conductivities increased by 10(3)-10(5) times when they were doped with iodine. A single X-ray crystal structure analysis of complex 3 reveals that there are short S ... S contacts between cation and anion complexes. The triclinic system, space group P (1) over bar, has cell dimensions a = 10.113(3), b = 13.612(4), c = 9.151(3) Angstrom, alpha = 69.57(3), beta = 77.22(3), gamma = 82.54(3)degrees and Z = 2.
