BOBST ACQUIRE REMAINING SHARES

Bobst Group has confirmed that it will exercise its option to purchase the remaining 35 per cent of the Gordon Ltd shares, the Hong Kong based holding company of Shanghai Eternal Machinery Co. Ltd, before the end of the year. The shares will be acquired from Gary Tseng who will remain Managing Director in charge of the operations as before. Both parties have agreed not to disclose any information concerning the conditions of the transaction.
