摘要

One of the factors that prevent the extrusion of elastomers and filled systems based on them is their unstable flow in the shaping elements of the processing equipment.Unstable flow is specific rheological behaviour of polymer systems and plays an important role in industrial practice,since it limits the throughput of extrusion equipment.It is important to establish the relationship between unstable flow and the deformation parameters of high-viscosity polymer systems during flow in a channel of circular cross-section not only to clarify the causes of the mechanisms of unstable flow but also to establish the region where true viscous flow of the highly filled polymer system is observed.
