Nuclear magnetic resonance study of the structure of collagen in inorganic and polymeric compositions

It is well know that high-resolution NMR is an efficient method of studying the structure of proteinaceous substances. Using NMR, it is possible to reveal the quite fine branching structures of fibres inthe dermis, which cannot be established by any other methods.
