Ply separation in the carcass of multi-ply tyres

Multi-ply radial and diagonal tyres,for example,lorry and aviation tyres,are not retread,which leads to environmental pollution and to inefficient use of resources.This is connected not only with failure of the metal-cord breaker of combined radial lorry tyres during service but also to the appearance of zones of ply separation of the carcass with polyamide cord both in radial and in diagonal tyres.Furthermore,instances are known where ply separation of the carcass has been observed in new tyres after their manufacture.Let us examine the possible causes of ply separation in the carcass of multi-ply tyres.
