Improving the heat,oil,and ozone resistance of vulcanisates

In equipment,particularly military equipment,there is now an increasing requirement for vulcanisates that retain their high physicomechanical and dynamic properties both during prolonged service and during prolonged storage.We have developed a new vulcanisate for motor vehicles and agricultural equipment that is based on butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber.The use of this vulcanisate makes possible the prolonged use,without replacement,of rubber components that undergo significant dynamic and thermal loads and exposure to ozone and different climatic factors during service and retain high service properties after a period of long storage.
