摘要

Conductive polymer-containing composite materials, products of the nanoindustry and possessing unique technical and economic indices, are in demand in different areas of engineering. An important role in ensuring their electrophysical properties is played by the finely dispersed filler-conductive carbon black (CCB), which gives the elastomer products a high level of service cha racteristics a nd the g reatest economy [ 1-5]. It is known that increase in the conductivity of composite materials (including rubber compounds) is promoted by many factors: the use of a special conductive filler, its high dosage, exceeding the percolation threshold, a high quality of dispersion, etc. The increased conductivity of materials filled with CCB is achieved through its high degree of structure, degree of dispersion, and surface purity (the absence on its surface of oxygen-containing functional groups, especially carboxyl and phenol groups) and the wide size distribution of aggregates of mainly branched shape [3-6].
