摘要

The manufacturing (moulding) cycle for products from thermoplastics (polyethylenes, polypropylene, nylon-6, etc.) is the most important parameter of the production process. By manufacturing (moulding) cycle we mean the period of automatic operation of the automatic thermoplastics injection moulding machine (ATPIMM), with the mould installed on it, from the start of closure of the ATPIMM (from the start of movement of the moving plate with the mould die) to the end of removal of the produced part (moulding) from the mould. The manufacturing cycle also determines the labour productivity of the machine operator and the efficiency with which the ATPIMM is used, and its energy requirement, and finally the quality of the moulding.
