The UK Government's Minister for the Environment, Mr Michael Meacher, has outlined details on the controversial new corporate manslaughter legislation.He was speaking at a Corporate Responsibilities and Health and Safety Conference, organized in the light of the Government's announcement in May 2000 that it proposed to amend the current law to include new offences.
