In [5], we constructed a general method, which allowed us to show that the first and second term of the local Chevalley-Eilenberg cohomology of the algebra of differential operators on a manifold, with coefficients in the space of functions, are isomorphic to the corresponding spaces of the de Rham cohomology, It now will be proved, by the same method, that this result also holds for the third cohomology spaces.
