Introduction: Bilateral simultaneous facial paralysis is a rare condition. Even though the cause is mostly idiopathic in unilateral facial nerve paralysis but it is usually found as part of symptom complex of systemic disease in bilateral paralysis. Methods: Clinical note. Result: We report a case of sequential bilateral facial nerve paralysis in otherwise healthy middle age woman. Conclusion: Bell's palsy is possible to occur on both sides of the face. The treatment is similar to and the prognosis is as good as in unilateral palsy.
