Behaviour of herbicide acetochlor in three soils

The influence of acetochlor on soil biological activity and its degradation was studied in model experiment with three soils. The herbicide was applied in two doses: the recommendation for practical application and twice higher. Soil samples for theanalysis have been taken periodically - on the 3th, 15th days; 1th, 3th and 9th months for microbiological analysis and on the lth, 3th and 9th months for degradation studies. The results obtain show- that acetochlor was with more pronounced and highs effect an soil microflora and highs persistence in light grey fores soil followed by alluvial meadow soil and calcareous chernozem.
