The metaplectic fundamental lemma of Jacquet and Mao in equal characteristic

摘要

Jacquet and Mao established a relative trace formula which will lead to the classification of the image of metaplectic correspondence as a set of distinguished representations. The aim of this paper is to prove in the case of equal characteristic the fundamental lemma for this relative trace formula.
