摘要

The comparative study on atherogenic changes in cerebral vessels, induced by experimental hypertension in two lines of rats, was carried out. Induction of hypertension in Wistar and senescence-accelerated OXYS rats was achieved through feeding them with a semisynthetic pathogenic diet (a solution of 1 % sodium chloride was saturated by electrolytes and the suspension was applied to animals) in accordance with the original author's method. Vasomotor reactions, including alterations in cerebral vessel tonus, remodeling of the vessels and endothelial dysfunction, were examined by magnetic resonance angiography. It was shown that all observed pathogenic processes in vessels were more strongly expressed in OXYS rats.
