摘要

A gold mine is located in the Jiaodong Peninsula, China, and extends from 120°27'00"-120°33'45" E longitude to 37°26'00"-37°30'00" N latitude. The main mining area is about 9 km2 with average surface height of 300 m, and the geological environment is very complex. In order to evaluate mining dynamics and stability, and thereby to guarantee the safety of mining system, equipments and workers, the values, directions and distribution law of in-situ stress field of the gold mine area is systematically studied and combined with geological tectonics analysis and in-situ stress measurement [1].
